Classic Pool Finishing

We had our pool replastered by Classic Pool Finishing last month. The crew showed up to do the work, it was stripped in one day and replastered the next day. The person who I called was nice at first boasting how great the pool was going to look and that he has been building pools for over thirty years. I chose not to purchace new accent tiles to put in. While the work was performed one of the guys asked if I would like to use some of the old tiles he had salvaged. I told him it would be fine. Shortly after that another gentlman approached me and said, "the job did not allow them to place tiles, as it was not in the work order". He also stated that if I bought his whole crew lunch that he would do it. When it was done it was filled with water and I brushed the pool as directed for three times a day for a week. I noticed that there some very large white blotches in the deep end of the pool. I called the person who came to bid the job, who by the way has never initiated a phone call to me or came to see how the job was going or when it was completed, and explained to him what the problem was. He went straight into a disclaimer and told me that I could sand it. This was without him even sugesting he should come look at it. He did say that the next time he got a bid job in roseville he would come look at it. I asked him when that would be, and he said about a week. To this day he has not reached out to me. There is also a drain cover that need to be attached that was not put on. The white stains cover a very large area in the deepend of the pool, and I feel very neglected as a consumer. I am very disapointed in the customer service, and basically told I am on my own with it. I feel that this job was very substandard for someone that has been building pools for 35 years. So is this company going to stand behind their work ?
