To make sure we are all on the same page, the purchase priceof the heat pump was $2,600.00, and the labor was $making the total $3, A deposit of $1,has been made on theheat pump Classic Pool and Spa hasalready waived the $labor charge for the incomplete installation of theheat pump This leaves a balance of $1,460.00on the heat pump The technician was unaware that he was to leave the heateron site Our standard procedure is to removethe heater for home owners Since the heater has been disposed of at thispoint, if it is acceptable to the customer we will provide them with anotherused heater that has been removed in order to install a new heater I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and troublethis has caused the [redacted] There willbe no charge for the leak repairs on the pumpI hope that the return of a used heater will be acceptable Please let us know that it will be Thank you

Thank you for your kind response and willingness to waive the leak fix and install fee I do have a small correction - the purchase price was $2,and we purchased a $installation making the total come to to $I was mistaken in my first message where I said the total was $2, The heater was marked as a clearance on the floor at the Aloha location and I asked my wife to purchase it immediately because it was a better price than could be found on the internet
Starting with $2,less the initial deposit of $1,540.00, that should leave $ I will gladly agree to pay the remaining $if Classic Pool will provide a used leak-free 400k+ btu gas heater It doesn't have to be perfectly functional; it just can't leak

The service person grabbed the 250,000 btu instead of the 400,000 btu.  He will bring the 400,000 out tomorrow and pick the 250,000.
