Review: The owner did not provide services 0f managing the property stated in the contract. I received a call on September 14, 2013 informing me of the problem, she indicated the severity was minimum. I was stationed in the East Coast and wasn't readily available. She immediately informed me that she didn't have any money so I contacted a contractor to visit the property and perform a visual inspection. Her report and the contractor's conflicted in accuracy. Neighbors indicated she was canvassing the neighborhood to see if anyone had indeed moved into the house and if so when. She never visited the property, the tenants brought the rents to her office, this is her account to me. I contacted the insurance provider.After not hearing from the insurance representative for several weeks, I called to check on the status I was told the property manager had not responded. I telephone classic realty, her response was "I have a lot on my plate and haven't gotten around to it." A month had passed since her initial phone call about the problem. I received only two calls from this lady, the initial call regarding this situation and her response to a call I placed to her. Once again I called her told her to give the key to the contractor, she placed a lock box on the property. I have had absolutely no communication with this company since the first week in November 2013.Desired Settlement: Property management fees collected from May 2013 thru August 2013.Loss revenue from rental income, from September 2013 thru January 2014 Sanction, reprimand, or fine placed on this agency.

I talked with [redacted] on 3/7/2014. She came and picked up the keys to her house. I have managed her property successfully since 1-26-2010. I hit a dry spell from 12-1-2012 till 5-6-2013 when I rented it to an Asian couple on 5-6-2013. They were there till 9-8-2013 when I got an e-mail that said they had been transferred and would not need the house any longer. I took my key and entered into the property. That is when I found the house in dis-array. I immediately went to the police and made a report for felony vandalism, went to MID to ask who removed the meter, sent [redacted] the deposit and called her and told her we need the help of her insurance. Of course she was up set and I didn't blame her. I met with her insurance adjuster on 9-18-2013, her contractor approximately 10-14-2013, put a lock box on for easy entry for the workers. I put the water on in my name so the lawn would get watered. I believe I went beyond the call of duty to assist her. I could not put any monies into her house as that is against the law. I did every thing my contract called for and more. She must understand that I have state laws to abide by. I was in touch with her insurance on 10-15-2013 as they ask me to fax a copy the the tenant agreement and police report. I have never told any of my owners that I have a lot on my plate and haven't gotten around to it. Hopefully she will get her facts straight. I checked several times with her contractor [redacted] to see how the progress of the house was going. I expected [redacted] to let me know when everything was done as she was calling the shots, not me. When I didn't hear from her, I called her. That is when she came and got the key and said she may put the house on the market to sell it.
