Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Vendor's response is gibberish, it is an insult to intelligence including their ownI made the mistake back when the whole move happened, to believe what Vendor was sayingOn several occasions he did admit that he owed me $1,and he said it was fair to pay it back but then he claimed that his business account was closed for an investigation for three months and can only send me the check after thatThe deadline was January 4, 2018, and I waited patientlyI contacted him a few days after that and was told in no uncertain terms that I wouldn't get any money and good luckIt was then when I had enough of the bullying and mocking, and filed my complaint with the Revdex.comHow dare Vendor call me a thief! He collected $7,from me on a $6,binding contract via unauthorized credit card chargeI won't repeat the whole storyWhatever he claims about [redacted] *** and his business account, has absolutely nothing to do with meMaybe he should run a decent business instead of bullying, insulting, mocking, and blaming his customers whom his business is supposed to proudly serve Regards, [redacted]

This man is a thief.The estimate was accurate.This man tried to get his furniture delivered without paying for the service.He did a charge back on his credit card and made us look like we were doing an illegal charge.We charge credit cards ahead of time to secure payment.The out come of this charge back resulted in a loss of about $including fees with [redacted] *** merchant services[redacted] closed our merchant account due to this person being dishonest.He later on reversed the charge back because he felt bad about the situation.But it was too late.Classic Relocation is asking the Revdex.com to deny this complaint.The customer is trying to steal a $from us.Classic would never give this person a cent back.He said we did a good job and now he's trying to scam us

To Revdex.com Of NJ,This customer had an original estimate of $775.00,Men@$per hour hours $600,$fuel,$est.packing material.The Total Estimate $775.00.The job took an extra hour for additional hour, ($120)for packing extra items.The Customer used extra material for the extra needed packing.($365).This was a great estimate,only one hour over the original estimate due to the customer not being fully packed.The customer is to blame here for not being ready.The charges are legit.Classic is asking the Revdex.com to void out this fraudulent complaintThis customer should of did their own packing to avoid this situation.Classic will never give this customer a penny back.The charges are legit.This customer should be ashamed of himself with this ridiculous story on how we ruined his experience with his new house.He told the movers they did a great job

This complaint is not valid.Customer had parts to the sofa in his home the whole timeParts were misplaced in the home.Once customer found the parts as instructed by Classic Relocation in the home .The customer then realized that he mistakenly filed a complaint.The customer will contact the Revdex.com to
explain and withdraw the history of the complaint

I am rejecting this response because:
The remarks are false and baseless. The inventory was infact reduced (as I sold one of my beds). In addition, if they found any discrepancy in the inventory, they should have informed me prior to loading, which they never mentioned. We were prepared for the move with boxes packed; the only things they packed were our wardrobes, as they were going to provide us the wardrobe boxes and it was part of the deal. Our boxes were re-tapped without us asking for it. Their representative John confirmed the price quoted was as per the stuff and time required for the job, which was confirmed after their guys came and assessed it.It is a complete lie that we gave any tip. After all the stress caused by the company there was no way anyone was going to offer that. I hereby reject the response from the company and reclaim the refund of $1,175.** NOTE: As per Revdex.com privacy policy my address and any other personally identifiable information must be removed from the post. **

Classic Relocation dose not agree with this person about the whole situation.We will offer $50 as a settlement to close this matter.
