The process for contracting for work done by MrNoble was the two of us reviewing the needed work to be done, followed by submission of the cost of completing the workThe down payment would be made by me, after which MrNoble would call and make arrangements for his crew to come to my farm and begin the agreed upon workThe final payment was made by me when the work was completed and both MrNoble and I inspected the workWhen the work was done to my satisfaction, the final payment was made the day of the final inspection.The above process was used with previous work done by MrNobleThe most recent work agreement was first discussed in March, This is the work agreement over which I have filed my grievanceA down payment of $was expected and which I made in installmentsThe final payment of $was to be made at the completion and final inspection of the repair workMrNoble accepted all my down payment installments, but has not followed through with starting the workI have attached copies of some of the down payment checks, front and backI cannot attach all of checks since there is not enough allowable attachmentsPlease tell me how I can include these remaining check copies

Nhas not sent me a receipt or contract. I requested it, but he has not. I have text messages and proof that I wired him money. He was a long timeclient of my insurance agency, so I thought that I should trust him. He has done work for me in the past as well

Attached is a copy of the estimate Jim Noble of Classic Remodeling submitted to me for the work we reviewed together. The estimate of $1600.00 has already been paid with a series of installment checks. I am in the process of gathering copies of these checks together for submission to you. Once I have these together, I will submit them for your review and also as a reminder to Jim Noble that the down payment was made long ago by me in good faith.
