***Thanks for your patience. We have been very busy with all of the flooding. Mr. [redacted] had a claim with State Farm in which he ran into his garage and damaged the drywall, the masonry, trim and the garage doors. We did the work and hired the garage door company we have used for... the last 10 years to put in the garage doors. We installed the doors along with doing all of the other work for Mr. ***. I could write out a long detailed description of the facts but instead will briefly describe it and then for [redacted] the pertinent emails which will follow the timeline and also give a detailed description of when Mr. [redacted] received the warranty documents, our responses to his questions and concerns.Brief timeline to the best of my recollection (to be followed up in part with forwarded emails)Aprill 22, 2016 - Doors R Us address a concern with the locks. Finds it to be a lubrication problem and fixes it - Mr. [redacted] pays final payment and requests the Warranty Info for garage doors (which for some reason was missing in the boxes) _ [redacted] (our supervisor) told Mr. [redacted] that we would get him the warranty documentationApril 24, 2016 - Mr. [redacted] sends an email that the door is still making a noise. and request that we fix it.April 25, 2016 - [redacted] from Doors R Us goes back out and addresses the concern. (my email response from April 26th describes the conversation between Mr. [redacted] and ***)April 26, 2016 - I send Mr [redacted] an email addressing his concerns, what was done to the doors when [redacted] Webber was there, along with other information (please read all emails). I attached a copy of our contract which describes our warranty and also attached the Garage door warranty info that we received from Doors R Us. I am very confused as to why I have been reported to the BBB for not providing Mr. [redacted] with the garage door warranty information. Back on April 26th I gave him those exact documents to him. Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] feels that we are "ignoring his requests" and that we are "not trustworthy" and are not "showing some decency as a business." The fact that we addressed all his concerns and provided the requested warranty information immediately upon receiving it from the Garage door company is a good indicator as to the type of business we are. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. The garage door warrranty is attached to this email and can also be found in my email to Mr [redacted] (which I am forwarding) on April 26.Thanks
