This letter is in response to a customer concern in submitted by Mrs. [redacted] to the Revdex.com on 10/23/2014 9:48:12 PM with ID of [redacted].
0.15pt;">Mr. [redacted] was referred to me by a Mr. [redacted] ordered countertops and selected particular slab material via photo and subsequently in person. The arrangement was to pay half up front, and the other half at the time of a completed successful installation. The tops were fabricated per specifications and were subsequently installed on Saturday October 11, 2014. At that time [redacted] completed the agreement by paying the remainder of the cost via personal check; however, the next day [redacted] contacted me because there were a few spots of silicone that had dried on top of his countertops and were showing bright on a leather/brushed surface material. Even though he had already completed the transaction by paying the amount due after a completed successful installation, I informed the installer that he would need to go back and address any issues Mr. [redacted] had. I had not cashed nor deposited the check yet.
On Monday October 13, 2014, the installer returned to Mr. [redacted]'s residence and addressed any and all issues. I contacted Mr. [redacted] via telephone and spoke with him. I asked him if he was completely satisfied, and he replied he was. I asked him if I could go ahead and cash the check he had written, and he informed me to do so. At that point I paid the installer, Mr. [redacted], who is a subcontractor, for the completed successful installation.
Three days later Mrs. [redacted] contacted me and said she would like the installer to address a couple more things. Although this agreement had been totally fulfilled by my organization and by Mr. [redacted], I asked Mr. [redacted] to return to address anything at all they wanted him to. [redacted] agreed to go free of charge just to make sure they were 100% satisfied. After [redacted] had gone to the residence to address anything the customer wanted him to, I phoned [redacted] to find if all issues had been resolved. He informed me they were. I phone Mr. [redacted], but I had to leave a voice mail. Another three days after this visit, Mrs. [redacted] sent me a text message asking to receive a credit for the installation. I informed her I could not give a credit since [redacted] had told me he was completely satisfied. I also informed her that if [redacted] had told me he was not satisfied I would not have paid the installers. I also asked if she had any issues why Mr.
[redacted] or her self did not inform [redacted] when he was there the first two times. Although the transaction between Mr. [redacted] and me had been completed, I informed Mrs. [redacted] if she had any issues, [redacted] would return to her residence to address any and all of them_ I informed her to email me with any and all issues she believed she had. She replied via text message stating she needed my email, and that she would email me, the Revdex.com, Angie's List and anyone who would benefit by not doing business with me. (Verbatim) She also stated she wanted a full refund. I informed her to have Mr. [redacted] contact me. She replied she was more than capable of speaking with me; however, Mr. [redacted] was the point of contact for this purchase. I have photos that were taken at the time of installation showing beautiful granite countertops. When Mr. [redacted] completed the transaction by paying the remainder, the deal was complete. I only sent [redacted] back because I am a new business and I want every customer to be completely satisfied. I truly believe Mr. [redacted] was completely satisfied, and I truly believe Mrs. [redacted] wants something for nothing. Mr. [redacted] has not contacted me since he has told me he was completely satisfied. Mr. [redacted] had originally gone to Lowes to purchase his countertops, but cancelled his order since he was upset when he was informed his island would have to have a seam in it and that his edge profile would be polished and not leather/brushed. I had offered to do his job for $1400 less than Lowes would have charged him, and I could deliver the island without the seam and the edge not polished, I fulfilled my offer at a substantial saving to him. I was formerly the General Manager of a large countertop fabrication facility where [redacted] was a subcontractor, and he has completed every installation I have had without complaint. I have a complete history of all text messages between Mr. [redacted] and myself. I also have the complete email history of any correspondence between us. If you read them, you will see that I have given him great customer service and have done everything in my ability to make sure he was satisfied. [redacted] has gone above and beyond to make sure the installation was successful. He followed the Marble Institute of America's guidelines and standards perfectly.
Thank you for your time. Sincerely,
Mr. Shanon Gregory

We could go back to forth for days with he said she said, Bottom line we never said we were satisfied. We have the proof the counters aren't installed correctly...Every person whether they are a friend or a contractor who sees them ask how someone could mess up a basic installation so bad. If Shanon would have ever came to the job like he said he was going to do  twice in an email and text then maybe he wouldn't be confused by thinking this job was done correctly.
