Classic Rods Restoration

Review: I recently dropped off my vehicle to get body work and other maintenance. The budget ($12,000) was talked about and a 2 months later the budget was surpassed and not all the work was completed. They asked for more money. I paid the remaining balance ($13,779)and picked up my vehicle. I would say 10% of the work was completed.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund on what was not completed. I have no problem paying them for the work they did.
