So sorry for the delayed response. In response to Ms [redacted] ( [redacted] ) complaint: Customer was satisfied with the work completed on her roofCustomer elected to do fence repair themselves so Classic Roofing even reimbursed customer $for this repair workCustomer went through appraisal process and was awarded an increase of $5, Balance due is $1,Customer failed to submit all award money to Classic Roofing which leaves this unpaid balance as previously mentioned Customer was informed that balance would need to be paid in full before we can honor warranty agreementClassic Roofing & Construction will be more than happy to oblige to the agreement if customer will take care of outstanding balance. Please let me know if you need any additional information.Thank you

Our goal here at Classic Roofing & Construction is to strive to make each of our customers happy and satisfiedUpon each new contract we fully explain the contract to the customers understanding and agreement. We installed the roof correctly with very minor issues that were addressed at
the timeCustomer states nails were spread out all over front and backyard; in a roofing work site it is to have nails on the groundWe have made several efforts to clean up the nails as the customer has requested Some nails will be missed in the mixIf more were to surface after a storm they were informed to call our office so we can have someone come back out to sweep again. All repairs were scheduled in a timely manner and the work was done precise and professionally by our installers. Gutters have been completed accordingly to their scope of loss and beyond. Customer still has an outstanding balance of $1,that needs to be fulfilled. We choose to come to an amicable agreement with customer to get all repairs done as stated within the signed contract

The ***’s requested an inspection of their roof and we did thatThe ***’s roof is in good repair and does not warrant an insurance claim They are getting a divorce and want to sell the house. They wanted a written report and we advised them that we do not provide that
service. We are an insurance re-roofing company and the service we provide is just that. We assist customers with insurance claim restorationWe did however tell the ***s that if they would write something up we would be happy to look at it and sign off if we agreed to what they said. They never provided that document. We were working with the wife when Mr*** issued this complaint. We advised this customer that what they need is a home inspector licensed to do the type of inspection to sell a home because we do not provide this service nor are we license to do so

Ms*** has a signed contract with Classic Roofing and Construction for all her repairs. Ms*** broke her contract by getting her own subcontractor to do her windows, fence and metal roof. No fuss was made as we strive to make our customers happy. This is evident by our Revdex.com rating. Ms*** was in need of money for the trades she subcontracted out to do so Classic Roofing and Construction refunded her money to do soHer insurance company shorted her $and we are having a hard time collecting this money. On May 23rd, Classic Roofing and Construction sent her an invoice for her to try and collect from her insurance company. Also a final invoice breakdown was sent to her on July 11th, Please find attached documents. The balance of $is still owed and no repairs will be done until balance is paid in full

I am rejecting this response because:Screens that I "claim" were removed were not compensated forThey have been paid in full and refused to do repairs that I have since hired another roofing company to complete for meHomeowners Ins has been made aware of this issueI do plan to take further action against them alsoI am done discussing anything further with them.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:They took my screens for repair and never returned them! [redacted] took them, he told me he is no longer with Classic Roofing and to ask them about Windows. I did not contract anyone else to fix fence or metal roof, Ins did not short me. I am having another roofing company make repairs and make notes for me.Nothing is owed to them as they deducted funds for breaking the contact already. The metal roof is a shed in my backyard, it was depreciated, never to be repaired.

We do not do screens. She claims an employee of Classic Roofing & Construction, who is no longer with us, took screens and were not returned.  The $1800 that was refunded to her included these alleged screens she claims we took.  She has been compensated for the screens and the balance owed is a true and accurate balance she owes to us.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because everything that has been said in the response is false:1-The roof were not properly installed by the installers of classic roofing & construction. Just after installation, I did signal to the sales manager and general manager some faults and misses on the roof needing to be corrected immediately2-The irregularities on the roof have never been corrected at 100%.3-Absolutely nobody came to pick up the nails left on our roof, frontward, and backyard4-The sales manager [redacted] said that they will tackle all the issues mentioned on my insurance papers. Unfortunately, they were not addressed entirely.5-Only 24 feet out 208 feet  have been fixed.6-My A/C unit, my gutters, the windows  grills and the garage have never been addressed at all.7-Actually I firmly believe that Classic Roofing needs to reimburse the totality of the money I have paid for the services8-Classic Roofing & construction will never follow the code of ethics and integrity agreement

Roof was completed with limited corrections. All roof concerns, per customer, have been addressed and/or corrected along with nails being picked up from yard. Our general manager himself went out to construction site and hand picked all nails. Again, customer was advised if more nails were to surface in the event of a storm to please call office and we would send someone to pick up the remaining nails that were missed. 39LF of gutters/downspouts has been repaired per insurance scope of loss. Construction process is still ongoing. Now that the roof is completed, customer wants all money due back to him. We have lost good faith that customer will not turn over any remaining money according to insurance scope of loss. The company has sent an employee out to the customers home to pick up the nails. Per James
