I am rejecting this response because:Again, he continues to falsify the facts. To reiterate, the initial call was regarding leaks. The tarp was over the bay window which is where one of the leaks was present. The other leak was above my kitchen and it was the roofer's suggestion to replace the turbine. At this point, my final balance w/ this individual should be somewhere in the range of $300-400, that I do not agree to considering the work was anything but acceptable. The only positive about the work was the replacement of the turbines which at this point, have been paid for. My frustration is that he continues to twist this situation attempting to make me the bad guy. In the end, this is my roof, my house and my money. He claims I showed him and a co-worker the bay window and tarp area, however, he was the only one I ever met and dealt with. The light entering the bay window area is not in the attic, it is directly underneath the sheet rock where he attempted to make the repair. A 4th attempt to make a repair was not what I wanted, nor is it an opportunity to regain business. His rude, obnoxious comments are unprofessional and definitely undeserving of anything on my end, especially trust to enter my property. He seems to forget that this is a situation in which I am the one losing out. He claims he has great references and years of experience, yet THIS is the way he choses to go about the situation. Deadbeat is a personal comment made when this individual knows nothing about me personally and this whole situation should not have resulted in his immature and inappropriate response. I do not wish anything of this poor businessman other than dismissal of the balance.

[redacted] contacted my company from a referral form another customer. We told us he had a turbine and a few shingle blow off his roof. I inspected job and found one turbine top missing and a tarp on the rear of the house. I asked him to remove and he replaced he didnt wish to do that and said there...

were a few shingles missing at that location. We agreed to replace 1 turbine and the missing shingles. We completed on Wednesday: 08-19-2015: He asked fr us to replace another turbine a week later and we agreed and set a price. We completed. We invoiced the customer 08-21-2015:He contacted me and asked to make payments as due that he has no money to cover at this time. I agreed.Total was $650.00. He contacted me about a month later and said he still had a leak at the rear missing shingle area. I Met him and noticed there was a additional Bay window added to the kitchen and was tarped at the time of the original appt.we inspected and told him that that was the area due to faulty construction,. I told him to his Face,,, We could stop that leak but needed Construction to repair correctly. I agreed to Repair at Cost to my business and he agreed. Now he owes me $1,000.00 and still no payment. He sent 1 of 3 payments we agreed on 10-06-2015: Money order #[redacted],, I havent heard or recieved a payment till date. then a email is sent to me that he had a Handman replace the original damaged sheetrock that was present at time of original 1st appt. Told us that he seen daylight in the attic area when removed. So then tells us he aint paying cause of this.We told him at time of install that it was a temp but would keep him dry. It is normal to have light penetrations in attics. Never never called us about a existing leak at any time till the complaint. We dont believe that he is leaking due to never recieving a call and hes also dodging payment. its been 6 months since hes made a 1/3 payment. this is his tactic not to pay,, If we were ever contacted we would have returned as we always do. NO CALL,, Also we were not ever allowed in the back yard till he showed us the Bay window as due to a Mean dog... Hes a Deadbeat customer,, Should have figured that out when I met with him at the beginning,.. So I want my Balance of $650.00.. I have started the Mechanics lein on his property and will set up Collection agencies. If he can privide a repair for the so Called leak at the Bay window. Ill waive the last $350.00 His balance will then be $350.00.. I have been in business for 20 years and this is the first complaint I ever recieved. I would still at this time Warranty if the Balance is Paid.. Thank you and yes i,m mad.. I cannot let Deadbeats ruin my business ive build up for 20 years..

He,s funny,,, i,m not going to argue with a liar,, again,, we were sent there for 2 areas, a damaged turbine and missing shingles at the rear. ( Not a Bay window). We did not remove as too rainy conditions and he assured us there were missing shingles underneath. When we repaired, we replaced the turbine with new and the missing shingles under the tarp. (No bay window area.) :ater he called about a leak warranty. Finally took me to the rear of the home. Showed me and my employee a Bay window. We inspected. told him faulty construction. We could get dry but not a permanent repair. as he reminded us he was on a strict budget. We did for Cost, And to this day,,, No leak,, He complains about light..Common in attics. If theres lights inside the home. That has noting to do with roofing. Have the Deadbeat showe me proof of the 2 payments, and ill waive the third. If not. Mechanics Warranty will be issued. Let me put it to you this way. If its leaking ill still fix. But guess what. Hes not complaining about a leak, Hes complaining about light. Please provide the 2 cancelled checks and ill waive the third. Ill loose on this job just to keep the peace. Just learn our lesson with the Deadbeats that keep haunting our businesses out here. Check my references.. You will be inpressed... Thank you and im done with this matter. Make your choice please. Tell us why here...

I am rejecting this response because:
Again, he continues to falsify the facts.  To reiterate, the initial call was regarding 2 leaks.  The tarp was over the bay window which is where one of the leaks was present.  The other leak was above my kitchen and it was the roofer's suggestion to replace the turbine.  I never called to replaced the turbine, again, it was HIS SUGGESTION.  Another lie was in regards to the payments. He already agreed to having received the money order (#[redacted]) in the amount of $300.  Attached is the copy of a printout from [redacted] w/ proof of his stamp and [redacted] Bank information as well.  Check #198 in the amount of $300 was paid to him on 12.28.2015 however, he did not cash it until weeks later.  At this point, my final balance w/ this individual should be somewhere in the range of $300-400, that I do not agree to considering the work was anything but acceptable.  The only positive about the work was the replacement of the 2 turbines which at this point, have been paid for. He claims he has great references and 20 years of experience, yet THIS is the way he choses to go about the situation.  Deadbeat is a personal comment made when this individual knows nothing about me personally and this whole situation should not have resulted in his immature and inappropriate response.  I do not wish anything of this poor businessman other than dismissal of the balance.
Respectfully,
