actually I found the company reliable- very inexpensive cd's although it took them some time to fill the orders.

I am VERY HAPPY with this company. They do take a while to fill an order, sometimes, but at the give-away prices they charge, I can wait. Their Abbado 80th anniversary 8- DVD set nets down to $11.75, delivered, after all discounts. Clear picture, perfect sound - such a deal, you shouldn't know from it. The Richard Goode Beethoven 32 Sonatas set (10 cds) nets down to about $25.. They have lots of stuff, priced from cheap to amazingly cheap, and in the 4 or 5 years I've been their customer, I've not received any broken items. But I have had to wait for them to complete an order, or issue a credit. But always worth the wait.

when I first tried this e-tailer I was quite happy. low price cds, some hard to find, made up for slower response and shipping times. received orders in good condition, however no longer the case. past two orders went weeks with no change in status and email inquiries replied to very late or not at all. did receive refund on former order and decided to try again, mistake. last order is a month out with no change in status and email not answered. requested refund from pay pal today.

I order two sets of 25 disks, Piano, and British, over a month ago. I have not received anything yet. My credit card was used by Classic Select on Sept 12 2016.

When will they arrive?

Review: Received a lot of damaged CD sets due to improper packing. Requested a returns authorization and was told on April 4th by [redacted] that I did not need to return the damaged items and that replacements would be sent. Replacements were not sent to me as promised.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $85.67 since the company was unwilling to send replacements as agreed.
