Purchased a complete security plan for my old computer on 11/30/15. my old computer was very slow. there appeared on my screen that my computer was being watched and there was a security breach. at the time I had a security plan with [redacted] I was instructed to call a number and that they would help with the security issue. I called and they helped me clean some of the computer up. It was still slow and on March 5, 2016 I purchased a new [redacted]l computer with [redacted]security and the old computer is no longer in use. I have proof of the purchase of the dell computer. I did not call Classic Solutions until May 2016 to cancel my plan since the computer is no longer in use. I only asked for 1/2 of the plan's price to be refunded. The total cost of the 1 year plan was $199.99. I talked to Sam at Classic Solutions and he told me he would check and call me back about the refund. Of course I did not receive a call back and after several attempts, I got thru to Sam and he told me no refund would be given but he could help me get my old computer working again. I have already purchased a new computer so don.t need old computer working again. He told me to contact AVG Cloudcare at 888-823-2233. No luck so have emailed them a number of times and emailed Classic Solutions no response. Should receive a refund from 11/30/15 to 3/05/16 for time I had security with them. Can't understand why no one will contact me. I believe this was a scam from the beginning. Why should I pay for a service that is not needed or not being used.Business Response As per the Refund policy we have no issue, if customer is not satisfied with the services or any other reason, we go ahead and process complete refund however in this case subscription was bought by the customer was in November 2015 and we are in July 2016, Customer satisfaction is the main motto of our company and we do care for all the customers who are part of this family. We did try calling this customer but unable to reach her, please help us with a way where we can get in touch with the customer and resolve this concern mutually.
