Review: Hi - Our Company rendered services with this establishment for our Quarterly Company BBQ of 120 employees. We ordered thier services 1 month and half prior to the event. Prior to our event we paid for our services in Full and confirmed our order and location several times before our event. On the day of the event the truck showed up one hour and half late and with out any of the food to serve our employees. Their truck driver and cook forgot our entire orders and food and did not have anything with them. Before their arrival, I called the owner several times to confirm their ETA and status. He did not answer any of my calls but 1 phone call and told me the truck would be arriving half hour late and that he is on his way with the shrimp. He did not tell me that the truck driver and cook forgot any of the food so when they arrived one hour and half late we were expecting them to start cooking and serving the food. He assured me that the truck was arriving in half hour with the food minus one main ingredient (shrimp) which he was on his way with it. When the truck arrived late they parked and assuming that they were setting up they just sat there. Our employees were waiting for almost two hours and had no idea they were not getting served from the taco truck. When they arrived they did not tell me they forgot the food and waited there, I than went to them again and than they informed me they forgot everything. I called the owner in which he was on the phone with the cook and he told me that he would refund me the entire amnount. The cook gave me a check for the refund amount and the next few days the check bounced. I called the compnay several times and tried to left several VMs and emails. The financial operator recieved one email after several attempts of communicating and got one response from the owner stating he will be sending another refund check with overdraft fee amount. We still have not reeived a refund check.Desired Settlement: Full refund amount and over draft fee
