Continue to receive nasty and thretening emails from [redacted] because of the numerous errors they made prior and after closing. Including, a $250 fee that was never added and now over 2 weeks later (after closing) coming after my mother-in-law for the payment. Thretening foreclosure, lawsuits, etc.. This is all in writing and I saved the email chain.
Very unprofessional, disorganized and nasty to work with. Made many errors prior and after closing. My mother closes on a home, already moved in and 2 weeks later Classic Title and Abstract ([redacted] and [redacted]) requesting more money because they forgot to transfer fees from estoppel letter. Insulted my wife (who is the realtor) duirng the process and hung up on her. In fact, [redacted] outloud to her staff while on the phone with my wife and I, "Do not answer the phone if she calls back", meaning my wife.
