Is trying to charge me $to recover my vehicle from impound Truck was impounded on July 3rd when I called about getting it out on July the 5th the earliest I could get it out due to the holiday on July 4th they said it would cost me $to get it out plus $a day after that dayI am unemployed at the moment and can't afford that on top of the $release I have to get from the countyThis is my familys only form of transportation and our main means of survivalThis has to be a mistake I have never seen an impound cost anywhere near thisGoing to lose the vehicle if nothing is done and I just bought it with my entire savings

This complaint involves the loss of the key to my vehicle.Also the deceptive behavior given to us by the customer service representatives
Such a horrible experience!!!! My auto insurance company called Classic Towing and Recovery to tow my car to the nearest mechanic from my jobOnce that job was complete, on 9/25/My girlfriend then had my car towed to *** Al to my usual mechanic to finish up some work on my carWhen my girlfriend called for the tow to *** she spoke with *** whom was the dispatcher for my callThat was a horrible experience!!! My girlfriend gave specific instructions for the tower to call her once he arrived at the location AND SHE NEVER RECEIVED A CALLSo while in route to pick mE up from work, my girlfriend stopped by to pay for my tow AND SHE HAD TO WAIT HOURS!!!!! Horrible customer service by this companyThe left me stranded on the side of the road for hrs todayOriginal ETA was hrI called again they said they were caught and an earlier wreck and it would be more minutesThen I was told they would be there in a few more minutesAfter more minutes went by I was told they were just leaving the shopThen told minThen called back and was told no more than minsmins later no tow truckFinally the tow truck arrived after 3hrs from my original notification of their ETAThe office staff is not very customer friendly or professionalI would not recommend this serviceConsidering I work in claims for the very insurance company that dispatched them for roadside assistance, it make me sick to know that our customers are experiencing this type of service

This tow company was called by the city for a wreck my son was in (one car accident) It's my understanding they have a contract with the city The charge for towing the car roughly miles was absolutely astronomical (OVER $for ONE day) making a bad situation even worse I asked why the charge was so much and was given a few different and uncertain reasons which were: they had to use two trucks and it cost money just to start them up, there was a lot of clean up, and it was in a ditch The car was NOT in a ditch (there was not a ditch even around), and there was minimal clean being only a side mirror came off and the tiny window on the door bust I left (FOUR) messages for the owner to call me about the charges and he never once responded nor did anyone else representing this company! The car was supposed to be placed inside because the passenger window would not go all the way up, but when I returned to get the items out of it, the car was still outside in the yard with a plastic bag taped over itIn my opinion this is nothing more than a racket going on ripping people off!
