Running a tow scam by illegally towing cars from private lots and take them to a storage lot for ransom.

Review: My wifes car got towed by these crooks for parking illegally when picking up our daughter from her moms..anyways..my wife and her father called the company within 5 minutes,right after the truck left..the guy said he would bring the car back and they would pay like 180.00..next thing you know is that I called and they said,no its at our yard and someone will be there at 6 to release her car..we were there by 515pm...waited until 730pm..finally a guy came to release her car..oh yeah..and her cell phone from the glove box is missing where they got her registration out of here..these guys need to be put out of businessDesired Settlement: I want to be refunded half of the 315.00 I had to pay and I want 100.00 for her cell phone

Review: Car towed to Classic Towing on 1/5. Daughter travels over to 210 21st street to get my car. I had already given her the second set of keys in case of a problem. Sure enough they released the car and didn't give her the keys. Called on 1/6 @3:54pm. Woman said she would send the keys in the mail. She didn't. Called 1/13 @3:03pm and a man says he has the keys in his hand and he'll mail them. He was rude and disrespectful. He also did not mail the keys. Called 3rd time on 1/21 @ 6:59 pm. Man answers and refuses to take a massage telling me I have to call (4th time) during the day. All I requested was can anyone there just mail the keys to me. 3 weeks later......nothing.Desired Settlement: I want the $175.00 they charged to tow my car after someone crashed into the rear and an addition $159.00 for the replacement key fob and the activation fee I now have to give Mazda.
