Review: I have purchased Value Packs from Classic Transportation's Hampton Luxury Liner division over the past 2 years that were not processed due to a supposed glitch in their system.

a Value pack costs $299 and provides 10 rides on their buses. I was notified by [redacted] in late June that transactions were being processed on my credit card that dated back to 2011.

She did send an email of documents showing the transactions and the original date they should have processed. These totaled over $2,300. While I was not happy about this, I did owe the money and assumed this covered all transactions. Since then a charge for $798 has appeared on my charge as well as 2 others of $270 each. I have no idea what the $798 is for, since nothing I have purchased from them would total that amount. The 2 for $270 were for purchases made early this year but I have not received documentation for them. I have left 3 messages with a [redacted] in their accounting dept and have received not response. I sent a letter to [redacted], [redacted], and have not heard from him either. Is there not a legal limit on the time such transactions can be processed, or at least the need not notify me the circumstances of the transaction before recharging them to my account? Total old transactions reprocessed now total over $3,600.Desired Settlement: I want detailed documentation of every transaction they processed noting the time that the original charge should have been processed. I also need to know that if reprocessing such transactions is legal after a certain time period. I also want assurance that this glitch has been corrected and that they are not to process anything whatsoever from here forward on my credit card without my permission.

Between August *, 2010 and March **, 2013 [redacted] purchased a total of $5495 in ValPaks for our Hampton Luxury Liner scheduled line service. On approximately June **, 2013 an audit of our books revealed that some credit card charges were never processed due to an undiscovered issue with our online reservation system. We immediately notified our IT dept and the problem was corrected. We then sent a notice to all customers that were affected by this to notify them of the issue.
