customer at the time of pick upI am the one loaded their bags and stroller at pick up and unloaded their stuffs at the end of this trip at airportIt was a nicest and smoothest ride until at the end of destinationThere were none text message was received and sent or voice call received through my both cell phonesI talked to her mother about the trip and I did not talk to them long because I was paying my full attention to my driving as it was a peak and rush hour timeWhat she said in her complaint about my company and about me absolutely not trueShe used improper words to describe my personality as she does not know me at all and I am not that type of person described in complaint at allMy company has served about more than customers since with none complaint.In brief, customers satisfaction is our company's policy and I believe customer should be happy and satisfied always from our service, That is why I already sent a check of entire trip S48/- to her by mail as she is not completely satisfied from my company's service.At the end of this reply to your company I just would like to say this is a great service for our great customers and "This is not a company like Plague"
