MS*** changed her mind on the siding on her garage when the siding was already started on the contract she signed I installed the siding she picked outshe said did not like the style of the siding now that she can visually see it on the garage.I explained that it would cost more for the
dutch lap siding that she wantedand I will check material suppliers when it is available when I received the answer of the 21/weeks on the time frame for the material and the amount I explained this to Ms*** I also explained that I have to move on to other projectsand come back when I'm finishedshe agreedshe also agreed to the extra amount In the mean time I installed and trimed out a new service door in her garageshe did not pay me for this/ and she did not pay the remaining amount for the new sidingI am more then willing to complete the projectshe has to sign the contract for the new door installed and the siding material before I move forward on this project. If I do not have a signed contract im not protecting myselfI have called the ***s several timesand left messages explaining this.Thank you. P.HExterior

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I have attached invoices from the contractor who replaced our roof. We also had an independent engineering inspector come out to review the damages, and he concurs with J & B Construction. I can forward that report as well. Paul Hanson has already seen that report as it was provided to his insurance carrier. This form only allows for 4 attachments, that is why the inspector report is not attached. The roof needed to be replaced because of improper installation of the roof in 2009 by PH Exterior and replacement of the roof at that time not being installed per manufacturer specifications. The skylight was not the problem as Mr. Hanson is trying to say. I can provide a copy of the inspector report and photos that he took as well as measurements he took showing the shingles not staggered properly according to GAF specifications. We have over $20,000 damage to our home, both inside and out because of the work done by P H Exterior. We had rotted wet roof boards in our attic, none of this was ever inspected by P H Exterior. He only took photos of the concaving roof boards on one area of the roof. That does not give the complete story of the problem. There were many soft roof boards over several areas of our home.  We have inside damage to several rooms in our home as a result of that. We feel that P H Exterior/ Paul Hanson should be held accountable to pay for all the damages caused to our home because of the workmanship done in 2009. Regards,

I'm responding back from the complaint from the Hojonki's .who's roof I installed in 2009. I have on file on my computer. A 2 year labor warranty on the roof .I would be more then happy to forward to you .please give me some time to dig that up. Since its been 7 years since I installed the...

roof.I have to locate this  But I can tell you that since the Hojnacki's have contacted me in May 2016. I have been in constant communication with them. As well as went with another contractor to inspect the roof leak. Both me and the other contractor found the leak comeing from there 30 year old skylight. .the seal had failed on it.and there was also a small hole. Possibly caused by hail damage. I offered that day we were out there. To replace the skylight. For a fee of course. She refused. And wanted free work out it. She also in a letter sent to me.admits I told her back in 2009 .she should replace the skylight. They declined. Because at that time nothing was wrong with it. I will send pictures of everthing to the Revdex.com to back this all up. I also have several reputable roofing contractors who have a A+rating with the Revdex.com .look at all the pictures that were taken.and they all agree .the leak was caused by the skylight . Any roof that was installed incorrectly. Would not take 7 years to leak. I'm very dissapointed thay the Hojnacki's are trying to  shake me down for $17,500.00 for something I'm not responsible for...and considering .I only charged them $10,200.00 back in 2009.this to me is a rediculous situation. Especially since I have made good effort to help them out.way after there labor warranty was expired.   Thank you P.H.Exterior design
