Review: on [redacted], 2013 I went to restaurant where classic valet was the valet company & they took my 2 month old suburban to park for me. I was there for 6 hrs & after event they returned my car which was at 11 pm & no lights outside so I didnt see a crack in center of rear bumper until next morning which at that time I called restaurant & he said to call company gave number. I called several times, several days & left messages with no call back until about 5 days later & [redacted] said she never got any of my messages. I explained to her my issue & she said because I left scene it's my word against her great staff & supervisor was there & he is honest etc. I got an estimate of 700.00 told [redacted] & she said it's denied & to go through my ins or bring them to small claims court. I ended up going through insurance & had to pay my 500.00 deductible & insurance company paid an additional 399.07, my insurance company said they would try to fight for my deductible & the money they put out but not likely, I even have video showing the valet company moved my car 3x that night & backed it up so more likely they did damage. this has gone on since june & no response from insurance or valet company.Desired Settlement: to get my 500.00 deductible back

[redacted] claim against Classic Valet Parking. Please note that we have given this claim every consideration from both the client's perspective and

from Classic Valet's perspective.

Please review the Explanation letter as well as the Denial Letter that we sent to [redacted] on June **, 2013. Please note that we did interview the valets who

worked at this event and they stated they did not damage this vehicle.

In addition we have a video tape taken at the site which shows that the car was not damaged while in out care. As always we have done our best to be fair when dealing with this client.
