The most unprofessional limo service I have ever used is the short story. We hired Classic Walsh through Sandy M[redacted] and our driver was Mario for a round trip in a strech hummer limousine. We agreed on a flat rate and I paid the balance in cash at the beginning of the day to Mario and all seemed to be fine on the first leg of the journey. During the return trip however, the driver demanded an extra $100 for "overtime" pay even though a flat rate was agreed upon. I refused to pay and explained the agreement I had with the owner. Shortly after, I received a phone call from one of the dispatchers demanding we pay the extra $100 to which I politely argued was not fair based on the agreement. The dispatcher promptly hung up on me and within a minute the driver slammed on the brakes in the middle of the freeway and turned off the vehicle and told us we would not move unless we paid the extra $100. We argued with the driver while cars passed us going speeds in excess of 60 MPH. For our own safety, we gave the driver an extra $100 so we could get out off the freeway. After this nightmare, the owner refuses to remedy the situation and the only response I have received said "I am looking into it". This has to be the most unethical business I have ever used and I highly recommend you do not use their services as you'll probably be ripped off as well.
