Customer is not honest in hes complaint. He didn't purchase the car, he did even trade in on hes BMW, list price of the Mazda was $9,not $10,as stated. The truth is:After weeks of the trade he came to dealership with complaint of check engine light being onHe's mechanic
recommended replacing the engine...We offered to send the car to professionals and car was send out to Mazda Of *** dealershipDiagnostic came out with the following result:Timing chain jumpedRepair approx $at Mazda Dealer. At this point customer proposed that we issue him $check to cover expense of getting car fixed at he's mechanicEven that we didnt have to do so since per stae of texas law all car are being sold We agree on that and it was final settlement between us.Approx 2-months after that he came back asking for additional $because hes mechanic told him that the engine in the car is not We asked for engine number and proof of that informationnon was provided because customer said he dosen't have that information...After we contacted Mazda of US we received documentation regarding MazdaCar was manufactured and sold in which makes it impossible to have engine...In us market the following model year car are being sold starting Jun/Jul of current year ( you can purchase model in year ) Customer obviously not only dosen't understand that but didn't even try to contact mazda of usa and do proper research before accusing us of fraud. At this point we did involved lawyer in this case and proceeded properly to the accusations and extortion attempt. This complaint towards *** Expo Cars is irrelative

At this point ( per our law firm ) we can not respont in that matter because case about extortion and untruth allegation has been filed in proper authorities

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not see previous e-mails as I did not access my email over the holidays. I responded to the previous one where  dealer denied my complaint. Here is what I said: The response from the dealer is just partially true. I did not show up to ask for adititional comensation till I found out from mechanic that the engine inside Mazda 2008 was not the original one as he had to replace the engine chain for Mazda 6 from June 2006, so that showed that my initial complain about someone digging into the engine was the true statement, which dealer denied. Now what they sold me - 2008 Mazda5 with the guaranteed 62K miles is a huge question mark as they or someone else placed older engine in it. Again I insist for dealer to compensate me for the difference between 2006 and 2008 engines if they do not want to replace it with the one that belongs to this vehicle with 62K or less miles. I can provide you with D&H auto mechanic shop info if you want to verify what is the truth. Thank you,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have a proof that the engine in 2008 Mazda 6 was not original engine and it is from June 2006. Do I need to file this in the court or you could help me to recover my loss dealing with this auto dealer.
Regards,[redacted]
