In the case here it was driven less than milesIt was NEVER driven anywhere by any person other than myselfIt was NEVER ON NORTH BEACH! I was NOT in town when this car was "alleged to have been spotted"And I can prove that this car was in fact locked in a shop on S.P.I.Dthe entire time and was NOT in running conditionItem # is an outright lieHis brother was removed from the property, in my absence by my employees after he assaulted one of my employeesThere are eye witnesses to this action and demand for him to leaveItem #I had final billing that was due upon the release of this vehicleI did not want this person that had verbally attacked me to be on my property, in light of the previous trouble from his brotherItem #the original date of deliver was the 3rd week of SEPTEMBERThis car was produced in weeks instead of monthsA full months ahead of scheduleAs far as the rest of his "story" as a business owner I will not allow a vehicle to go to ANYONE without it has been paid for completely** [redacted] does NOT know the quality of anything having to do with an automobileThe paint and clear coat on this car are EXACTLY what he had ordered and test sprayedI have approximately quart left of the color aloneThe car did not have the final finish on nor will it ever have it if it is to be done in my shopThe final finish to a paint job is a very difficult step processWhen I was ordered to deliver the car to ** [redacted] in days this became impossibleThe final finish stage on this car would most likely take to daysHis decision to demand to pick this vehicle up with days' notice was his and I told him that it would NOT be finishedHis final billing shows the additional work that was verbally OK by ** [redacted] and initialed by me with a note as to the day and timeI have full documentation and photographs of the repairs and additions to this vehicleDetailed billing is available upon requestIt was NOT requested at the time of delivery** [redacted] has stolen the battery that was on his car from meI owe him nothing and will pay him nothingAny further action on his part will bring the strongest legal action that I can take against both him and his brotherThis company will not be slandered nor defamedWe are an internationally recognized operation, even if we are smallIn closing This is to serve official notice that if any further dispute arises from any comments made previously or in the future by any person involved or not with this repair order it shall be construed as liable and/or slander against myself and/or my business and shall be dealt with accordinglyThis includes any and all Internet activity in any wayAny verbiage from any person shall result in the strongest suit that this company can bring against those that would slander/defame it [redacted] has been warned not to trespass on my propertyAny violation of this by him or his brother shall be dealt with in the strongest legal mannerCharges are pending on [redacted] 's brother at this timeIt has been brought to my attention that this same vehicle has been in a number of repair shops and NOBODY had the opportunity to finish itIt was ALWAYS removed under the threat of legal actionI do not take kindly to a person calling me a liar and stating, as a fact, that this car was driven anywhereEven with that being said WE HAD WRITTEN PERMISSION TO DO SO! vehicle that is not test driven. Permission was not only given it was signed off on as OK to drive. The "drivability" of this car was a major issue! In the case here it was driven less than 2 miles. It was NEVER driven anywhere by any person other than myself. It was NEVER ON NORTH BEACH! I was NOT in town when this car was "alleged to have been spotted". And I can prove that this car was in fact locked in a shop on S.P.I.D. the entire time and was NOT in running condition. Item # 3 is an outright lie. His brother was removed from the property, in my absence by my employees after he assaulted one of my employees. There are 3 eye witnesses to this action and demand for him to leave. Item #4 I had final billing that was due upon the release of this vehicle. I did not want this person that had verbally attacked me to be on my property, in light of the previous trouble from his brother. Item #5 the original date of deliver was the 3rd week of SEPTEMBER. This car was produced in 7 weeks instead of 5 months. A full 2 months ahead of schedule. As far as the rest of his "story" as a business owner I will not allow a vehicle to go to ANYONE without it has been paid for completely. **. [redacted] does NOT know the quality of anything having to do with an automobile. The paint and clear coat on this car are EXACTLY what he had ordered and test sprayed. I have approximately 1 quart left of the color alone. The car did not have the final finish on nor will it ever have it if it is to be done in my shop. The final finish to a paint job is a very difficult 7 step process. When I was ordered to deliver the car to **. [redacted] in 2 days this became impossible. The final finish stage on this car would most likely take 5 to 7 days. His decision to demand to pick this vehicle up with 2 days' notice was his and I told him that it would NOT be finished. His final billing shows the additional work that was verbally OK by **. [redacted] and initialed by me with a note as to the day and time. I have full documentation and photographs of the repairs and additions to this vehicle. Detailed billing is available upon request. It was NOT requested at the time of delivery. **. [redacted] has stolen the battery that was on his car from me. I owe him nothing and will pay him nothing.
