This Customer was NOT told at time of sale that there was factory warranty It was eight months later that when she called me saying her car was making a noise that I told her I THINK her car may have factory warranty We have her original sales docs that she has signed again months ago acknowledging that the vehicle that she bought was AS-IS

Not sure what the complaint is here He bought a car he had an issue, we fixed the issue with the car and the customer only paid dollars I am surprised at the complaint considering he was blown away when I told him he only had to pay for the repairs he listed above As far as we are concerned the customer had an issue with a car he bought and we handled for him

When [redacted] attempted to buy her car on 8/1/she told us that she had down payment but had to use the money to do an emergency operation on her dog As a dog loving company we were compassionate to her situation and was allowing her to set up payments with us on her down payment On 8/03/the bank in which we were setting up her financing, notified us that [redacted] did not have a valid drivers license At That point she was notified by us that without a Drivers license the bank would not do the deal She told us she did not know that her Drivers license was suspended At that point we told her to get her License and we could save the deal She told us then that the money she was going to give us as her down payment was going to be affected by her having to pay over four hundred dollars to get her lic backShe then asked us if we could accept a month We then told her we needed the car back because we could not accept a month towards her down payment When she did not bring the car back, we had no other choice but to repo are car

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was in fact told there was a factory warranty and have numerous text messages from Steve C[redacted] stating there was a warranty, which I would be more than happy to relinquish to the Revdex.com. Steve currently has ANOTHER jeep FROM [redacted] listed for sale on his lot listed as having a factory warranty too, when he knows that this car does not have a warranty, because like mine, it is from [redacted] and the warranties go not transfer through the boarder. I would be happy to provide all written communication from Steve that in fact states my car has a warranty, the fact he states numerous times that he will fix the engine at his cost and photographic proof that he has a car on his lot that has the same warranty issue as mine. Steve is a repeat offender with selling horrible cars and has driven me to a consumer protection lawsuit against him and his wife. If additional information is desired, please let me know and I would happily provide it. Sincerely,[redacted]
