Thank you for providing the subscription username and password We see that the subscription was canceled within hours of the automatic renewal payment, which in on the 4th of every month, but was canceled on the 5th of SeptemberThis is why this person was charged, she did not cancel prior to her automatic renewal billing cycle Because she canceled within hours of her ARB cycle we are happy to refund her Please allow two to three business days for the refunded amount to return to your account

Review: I am filing a complaint for an unauthorized charge to my debit card for $49.50.I had subscribed to a 30 day account with [redacted]. I had expected to only have access for one month and to not be charged after that month of access to their online math help.I am fairly irate that they find it acceptable to take peoples money on an automated basis when their website is misleading and elusive in their billing approach. Beyond that, it really should not be legal for companies to take $ from customers for such things as this that are not required for safety, i.e. Car insurance.I feel I was mislead in the companies billing and I am furious that I had $49.50 removed from my personal account of which I had no use or desire for after the first 30 days!!Desired Settlement: I would like $49.50 returned to my debit and hard earned account

Review: This website keeps charging me on my [redacted] credit card for a monthly subscription which I didn't authorize. I signed up for a one month subscription for $39.99 in [redacted]. I didn't realize they had been charging my [redacted] card this amount every month since that time. What's sickening is that I did like their tutoring service, so in [redacted] when I took a college Algebra class, decided to take out a yearly subscription which I paid for with my debit card (a different card). This company has charged my debit card $199 for the year subscription as well as charge my [redacted] card $39.99 per month since then. I want this stopped immediately and a refund of the [redacted] card charges excluding the first and only month that I signed up for which was[redacted]. All together I've been charged almost $400 since [redacted] for a tutoring service which is disgusting. Thank you very much. Review: I paid $49.50 to [redacted] august 5, 2014. I used the online service for approximately 20 days. the service I paid was for 30 days. I canceled the service September 5, 2014. Unfortunately, they billed my account $49.50 on 9-5-14. I contacted the company approximately September 8, 2014 via email, and asked them to reimburse my account in the amount of $49.50. I have yet to get a response.Desired Settlement: Refund of $49.50

Review: Yourteacher.com has been charging me monthly fees for a subscription that I never signed up for. They sent me screen shots by email of both of the subscriptions that they are charging me for and both say "cancelled" on the screen with a date of 12/29/13. By their own records the subscriptions that they are billing me for were cancelled last December, yet I was charged $49.50 on December 30th, 2013, $49.50 in January and $49.50 in February for the subscriptions. I have sent multiple emails to them stating that they are now using my card information fraudulently and they are refusing to remove the charges and refund my money. As soon as I mentioned in an email that the subscriptions showed as cancelled the correspondence from them stopped. I have also called them and left messages multiple times with no response. I would like to have the unauthorized charges stopped and my money refunded immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like $148.50 refunded to my bank account immediately. I would also like a certified letter from yourteacher.com confirming that the subscriptions have been cancelled.
