We chose Harmony Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. for the purchase and installation of a new furnace, tankless water heater, and air conditioner. Very few companies offered both furnaces and water heaters. Based on Revdex.com reporting and company websites, we chose three companies for further inquiry. Of the three, Harmony was the only company to respond quickly to our inquiry and schedule an in-home consultation. During the consultation we discussed the needs for the appliances and checked the current water, electrical and gas service in our home to ensure that everything was in order for the new appliances. The appliance options and process for the installations was clearly explained and my concerns were listened to. Like I did, Harmony saw the furnace and water heater installations as parts of the same job. The installation team were friendly and efficient. The installation went as planned. I did find a lot of screws from hanging the new piping after the installation and clean-up from the concrete cutting could have been minimized with the use of additional drop cloths, but for the most part the team was very careful bring in, installing and removing equipment. The installation happened in November 2015. We have had no concerns with our appliances (we haven't used the air conditioner yet - waiting for warmer weather). Whenever I call, I always receive friendly, efficient service. I have and would contact Harmony for additional service.
This company's customer service is second to none. We have purchased and installed both a hot water tank and air conditioner. To make a long story short, our air conditioner was in need of service after the first year in service. Anthony was extremely responsive and immediately tried to trouble shoot the issue. While we were not able to test sufficiently and complete the repair due to poor summer weather in year 2. In the spring, I contacted Anthony and without hesitation they were there the next day and repaired to our satisfaction. Rarely do you find a company that stands firmly behind their service and holds themselves accountable. Highly recommend!
Tried different heating companies in the past and I must say Harmony has surpassed them by leaps and bounds! From their excellent customer service and knowledge they had my new furnace installed and running in 1 day. They were very respectful of my house and when they were done it was like they were never even there, beside my brand new sparkling furnace!!!!! I will be recommending Harmony to everyone I know!!

Their pricing beat the other two companies hands down, and their techs, instead of just cleaning the unit and attributing all the issues to hard water build-up, actually took the unit apart, saw the actual problems, and showed me the damaged pieces. They ordered the parts and had the unit fixed in time for Christmas (3 days).
I would not consider getting either of the other two companies back. I would definitely phone Harmony, and recommend them without hesitation.

We are pleased to use Harmony Heating and Air Conditioning for our replacement of Furnaces in our units. They are great with the Members of our Cooperative Housing Complex and go beyond. They show the members how the furnace works how the thermostat works and how the Carbon Monoxide Detector works. The City of Calgary inspection is always scheduled promptly after they have completed their work.

I hired Harmony Heating to do a preventive maintenance check on my furnaces, A/C, water heater and fireplace. The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He found a small problem in my newer furnace, and when I phoned the company who'd installed it they gave a very poor attitude on fixing their mistake. Harmony Heating decided to do my repair for free because of the hassle the other company presented and in order to build our customer relationship. Now Harmony Heating has me as a customer for life, and the other company only bad reviews. I would highly recommend Harmony Heating for any of their services. A-plus.
