Tankless water heater installationI called Anthony to give us a quote as they have done previous work for me in the past he spent a fair deal of time on the quote and I did not feel rushed in any way, his quote was on time and honest We scheduled the work and Brian and Darren showed up on time covered the entire floor with drop sheets Installation was very methodical and well thought out we had a few obstructions that we had to work around but in the end the project turned out as planned Brian took careful time and measurements even going to the extent of calling an inspector to ensure, what was being done was going to passEverything works wonderful and we could not be happier they even came back the next day and installed carbon monoxide detectors, by every bedroom Strong work guys I will be using you again and have recommended you already to family and friends
Came in on next day service removed my old furnace replaced it with a new one completed 100% and passed inspectionI doubt you could get better service anywhere else!
We chose Harmony Heating and Air Conditioning Incfor the purchase and installation of a new furnace, tankless water heater, and air conditionerVery few companies offered both furnaces and water heatersBased on Revdex.com reporting and company websites, we chose three companies for further inquiryOf the three, Harmony was the only company to respond quickly to our inquiry and schedule an in-home consultation During the consultation we discussed the needs for the appliances and checked the current water, electrical and gas service in our home to ensure that everything was in order for the new appliancesThe appliance options and process for the installations was clearly explained and my concerns were listened toLike I did, Harmony saw the furnace and water heater installations as parts of the same jobThe installation team were friendly and efficientThe installation went as plannedI did find a lot of screws from hanging the new piping after the installation and clefrom the concrete cutting could have been minimized with the use of additional drop cloths, but for the most part the team was very careful bring in, installing and removing equipmentThe installation happened in November We have had no concerns with our appliances (we haven't used the air conditioner yet - waiting for warmer weather)Whenever I call, I always receive friendly, efficient service I have and would contact Harmony for additional service
