Review: We placed an order in-person with Classy Canine at an event on September 16, 2012 for a dog raincoat and paid in full via personal check. At the event, we brought a fleece coat we had previously ordered with Classy Canine to ensure the sizing for the new raincoat would match with the older one. Because the check had been deposited and the receipt said to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, on October 18, 2012, we emailed the company to inquire on the status of our order, as it had not arrived. On November 1, 2012, I received a response letting me know our order form had been misplaced and we should email them my mailing address to have it shipped. Sometime between November 21, 2012 and November 27, 2012, we received a raincoat in the mail, however it was the wrong size. On November 27, 2012, we emailed Classy Canine to inform them of the error and provided photos of the issue. On November 29, 2012, we received a response that we should ship back the mis-sized raincoat and a replacement raincoat would be made from scratch and shipped to us. On or around December 5, 2012, we shipped the mis-sized raincoat to the address we were given. On January 9, 2013, we emailed again to see if the raincoat had been received, as well as what the status was on our new coat. We did not receive a response. On February 12, 2013, we emailed again (from a different email account, in case there were issues with the other one we had been using) inquiring about the status of our order. We did not receive a response. On March 12, 2013 we inquired again about the status of our order. As of March 19, 2013 have not yet received a response, or the raincoat.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the raincoat (preferred), or receive a refund for $60.71 ($54 for the cost of the coat, and $6.71 for the additional shipping cost we paid to return the mis-sized coat).
