Subject: [redacted] VS CLASSY CHASSISWe did originally service [redacted] Kia on Oct 7th for our full service oil change her odometer upon arrival was 43, We did our standard triple check and did not hear from her until she stopped in on the 21st of October with her corner of the skip plate hanging down Her odometer was 44,The visual check confirmed bolts were still firmly attached including the area torn and bent This clearly indicated some impact and pulling of the protective plate, which is what it is there for Our Manager had her fill out an incident form and reviewed the vehicle Her car on the previous oil change had indicated oil below add line with 5k miles driven and we did not find any torque or problems with the plug or filter all was clean The lights were checked on the full service inspection and were marked as working Our Manager tried to explain to her that it has been weeks and over miles, we cannot say what may have happened, but the bolts are there indicating that it likely was bottomed out or hit She was already at *** by this time and he never got a return call to discuss our service policy of offering to purchase at our discount and install for no fee We received a call from her insurance company, explained the details and documentation They thanked us and since have not received any request or demand for payment.Now we have received this letter from BB.We always strive to go beyond and assure full satisfaction and that was why we did our due diligence and communicated when we did with her

We value all our customers, especially those such as *** who have used our services for a very long time There was some misunderstanding as to the actual antenna, but I was able to meet with *** and agree to replace his antenna rather than just the base We gladly did so and believe
that *** is very satisfied

We spoke with *** and offered further appreciation for his continued business and conveyed the limitations we have, including the signed electrical waiver regarding unforeseen instances such as buttons not working We are working with the customers to assist in some resolution to the radio
