I am rejecting this response because: To my attention it is their mistake for giving out an incorrect contractHow could It be over a year to when the dress is sold that the contract was incorrectI informed them I would have NEVER sold my dress for $dollars if I was aware of that priceWhen you do a consignment the customer takes a contract and the buyer takes oneSo how is it I ended up with an incorrect contractThe owner is not only very rude, she refused to hear out my opinion on the situation and that's why nothing was resolved in person and is still giving the same explanation she gave beforeAt the end of the day it's not right! And some type of reimbursement should be given for this awful customer service and this very unfit mistake!
