I am rejecting this response because:She claims I threatened herI never did and no proof was providedShe admits that she is in possession of my items which confirms my claim that she has possession of my itemsShe refuses to meet me to return my items which proves my claim that she refuses to return my itemsIt is true that I never signed a contract with her or visited her storeThe transaction was done off siteThis is irrelevant because she acknowledges that she has possession and I have a written receipt of her receiving my items which I have providedMeeting her at a police station to retrieve my items is not reasonable as it will not guarantee that I will receive ALL of my itemsIn addition, I had offered for her to mail my items to avoid confrontation and I have yet to find anything in my mailbox.In conclusion, it is quite clear that this issue will only be resolved in Civil CourtConsider this my official stance that from this date forward, I will NOT accept the return of ANY of my itemsBased on Ms*** continued refusal to take the ethical business action to rectify this situation, I find that she is unreliable and untrustworthy to the extent that I can not count on the exact NUMBER of my items being returned or that my items would be in any re-salable condition.Thank you Revdex.com for your support and assistance
