In November of 2015, Tri County installed wood flooring through our relationship with 3D Custom Homes acting as GC The floor's performance was very unsatisfactory On April 14, 2016, *** Vaughn communicated through email that he was will to refund $2, We accepted this offer and Tony with 3D asked *** to mail us the refund ASAP We have not received the check and have found ***'s treatment of us to be very poor during the process
