Review: 9-**-13 I ordered prescription SUNglasses over the phone from ClassyOptics.com RX Order #[redacted], order totaling $400.49.

10-**-13 Glasses delivered & held at Post Office.

10-**-13 Glasses were picked up from Post Office.

10-**-13, 10-**-13, & 10-**-13 Calls made to ClassyOptics.com to let them know I received clear prescription glasses and not sunglasses

10-**-13 My call was returned. And then subsequent calls took place that day in which the employee who too my order said it appeared on the recording of the call that I was the one that did not specify I wanted tinted sunglasses. I told him, “But, YOU were talking the order. YOU were asking the questions. I was just answering your questions.” He said, “Remember, I asked you if you wanted Transition glasses?” I said, “Transition glasses are completely different.” (Transition glasses are the ones that fade from clear to tinted.) If he did not know this, he did not know the product. Eventually, they agreed to re-fill the order at their cost. And I was sent a return shipment label this day to return the glasses. They told me it would take no less than 2 weeks to get them back, filled correctly.

10-**-13 I sent an e-mail to ClassyOptic.com to inquire on status & confirm they received glasses back.

10-**-13 They responded to my email with “Your frame is received. It is sent to the lab to make necessary changes. Once it is complete we will notify you with new tracking number. This should not take longer than 5-10 business days. “

11-**-13 I left detailed voicemail (with order # and contact info) left to inquire on status.

To date 11-**-13, no inquiry has been answered since 10-**-13.

It has now been almost one month since glasses were sent back. And I have paid $400.49 for prescription glasses that I ordered almost 2 months ago, on 9-**-13, and still do not have what I ordered.Desired Settlement: I just want the prescription sunglasses that I paid for delivered -- with correct dark gradient tint & prescription. Hence *sunglasses* as in the product description: Coach Sunglasses [redacted] - [redacted] Silver/Black Grey Gradient

Review: I purchased a pair of sunglasses from [redacted] on October **, 2013. My credit card was not yet charged and my account info states the purchase is still in "processing" today, 2 weeks after the purchase. I have contacted the company more than a dozen times since last Monday, calling the [redacted] listed on the website, leaving voice mail, and emailing from 2 different emails to their "support email" where they claim the response time is faster and I have yet to hear back from them via email for phone. This company is impossible to get in touch with and now concerns me that they are this unreliable and have all my contact info as well as my credit card information and personal information.Desired Settlement: I would either like for the order be complete and shipped to me as soon as possible or for the order to be cancelled while receiving assurance that this company is not fraudulent and did not steal my information and is trying to use it elsewhere. I need piece of mind.

Review: I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses through Classy Optics on June [redacted] and received a call 3 days after I had placed my order and was told that I did pick the right package for my sunglasses to be polarized. After some "assistance" from one the employee who called, he said that he would tint my glasses for free because I was not able to get them polarized. 3 weeks later I still had not received my sunglasses and called on a tuesday to find out why. Spoke with a woman who stated that she was not sure why it has not shipped because they were NOT on back order and then told me sometimes it takes a little longer for prescription sunglasses and that I should have my order by the end of that week or the middle of the following week. I still had not received them by Wednesday of the following week and called again. This time I spoke with a man who stated that he was going to look into it and call me back. I received a call later that day from [redacted], a supervisor on July [redacted] stating that the glasses were on back order. I explained to [redacted] that not one person mentioned to me that they were on back order and in fact one of his employees told me they were NOT on back order and now I am leaving for vacation in 2 weeks and will not be able to get them so I wasted a month waiting for glasses I would never get. [redacted] argued with me and gave me every reason why this was not the company fault and said that he could get me the same frame different style number. I agreed to this and then realized that he still charged me full price for the original pair when the "new" pair was $30 cheaper. When I brought this to his attention and said that I would like to cancel my order because this has been a disaster, he told me that I would be charged a restocking fee. How do you charge someone a restocking fee when you haven't even received their order in your store yet? [redacted] was very nasty with me and stated that he was doing this Pro bono and was doing me a favor. Explain that to me when I am paying you?!Desired Settlement: I want people to know that this company is not trustworthy and is very disrespectful to their customers.
