I had an excellent experience with a technician named Patrick from Morgan Air today He was punctual, professional, and proficient He explained what the problem was and repaired it quickly

We had issues with our furnace not working when the temperature drops to degrees or lower The serviceman diagnosed the problem was very thorough and spent time helping us to understand our system Having purchased a preowned home we were not familiar with the heater and air conditioner He was very knowlegable and honest I have great confidence and will use this company again

I am concerned after reading the last reviewI paid over to have a unit replaced because my wife and son were alone in Florida and I was finishing up selling my old home so that I could move hereMy wife called and said that the warranty company would not cover anything on the repair and Morgan air wanted almost to repair my unit and said it would only be a temporary fixThey recommended I replace the unit because the old one wouldn't lastI have two units and they told me the one unit was fine no issues at allI had the unit replaced and put it on my cardI just had my month check and the tech told me I had mold issues in the old unit and it will fail soon without the lights yes lights two of them and a duct cleaningthe cost this time was just short of $and I was also told at the next check up I would need to replace the bulb in the new unitIt looks like Morgan Air is making their people replace parts to make moneycommission checks would be my guess, if they want to keep workingBe careful when dealing with these people they want to replace it all and they make sure the warranty company doesn't pay anythingThis is a scam, I will use someone elseI have paid them for the two years worth of checkups but I think I need to cut my losses and maybe get some legal help

Morgan Air put a seer unit in for me in my condo (Tight fit!)They went above and beyondThe pricing was awesome in comparison to other quotes I receivedThey weren't the lowest but they offered the most bang for my buckThe installers were so nice and they took such good care of my home! They put down drop cloths, they vacuumed when they finished, they tested everythingIt's been a few months now and still NO issuesThey are coming out to do the first free cleaning I got with the systemI will recommend them to ANYONE who needs service or a new ac
The best part about this whole thing is I AM SAVING OVER $ON MY ELECTRIC BILL!!!!!

We purchased a brand-new air conditioning system from Morgan AirIt cost $ We were told that we had a year all parts and all labor full warranty along with free maintenance for the unit The first time a tech came out to perform routine maintenance he made all kinds of suggestions regarding additional things that I should purchase or replace in order to keep the system at its prime I declined as these were not things that were needed and I had just spent $The next time my maintenance was due I was told that I needed all kinds of items replaced and if I didn't do so the unit would start to failI was horrified and said that the unit was at this point a year old The next time I had maintenance I had the most aggressive tempermental technician telling me that my system had million things wrong with it and I needed to make numerous replacements and repairsHe quoted everything from new ductwork to saying that I didn't have sufficient UV lighting he even made a comment that the original technicians who installed my unit "didn't know what they were doing and had been fired" This man told me that I needed to spend almost additional dollars to keep my AC running and if I didn't do so my warranty would be null and void!!!! He then showed me all kinds of pictures on his cell phone that he said were of the inside of my unit and it was filled with moldKeep in mind I had purchased the special UV lighting system to begin with and had that installed the day that the new air-conditioner was put inWhen I asked why the UV light wasn't working he shrugged his shoulders and said I needed an additional lighting system as I was confused as to how this could happen he would make rude comments and say that he was glad it wasn't his air conditionerWhen I told him that there was no way I was going to spend that kind of money on a new unit he then got angry and started telling me how awful my air-conditioner was We were breathing mold in the system was only going to last a few months!! I said so basically your company sold me garbage and I pointed out the pattern that I was seeing that every single time "maintenance" was being done the whole goal was to sell me all kinds of additional services and partsPlease keep in mind that the entire time the air-conditioner had been working beautifullyAnd I live in Florida so of course that's important When I asked this gentleman to leave as I was very uncomfortable he gathered up the estimate with all the services that he wanted to perform stuffed it in his clipboard half out slamming the door behind him! The system is now two years old and I've had to have another company come perform maintenance because I cannot allow them to come hereThe new company which came highly recommended showed me something that looked deliberately bent and a few other suspicious concernsPlease bear in mind that they are unaware of any of my problems with this companyPlease avoid this company at all costs this has been a nightmare

The company has significantly improved since our first contact a few years ago They now show up on time or call if there is a delay We have had a running problem with humidity in our condo and they have tried many things to fix the problem Technicians are polite and try to explain things A little pricier than some other companies, but we continue with them and they keep records of our service

Jon,my tech was informative and carried out the work extremely well I sighned for 1year service package because the service was so goodI will ask for Jon at my next service

Patrick was easily the most informative technician we've ever had at our home, since we moved to Florida years ago He took time and really expressed patience with all our concerns
Our repair ended up costing half of another company's estimate, who recently visited us but quickly became too pushy for our liking I can't complain too much though If they hadn't been so bad that we had to ask them to leave, we wouldn't of found Morgan Air! Life is great!

I have used Morgan Air for ..first installation of new units, and now yearly maintenance Their technicians are very knowledgeable, educated, courteous, and professional to a 10** I am totally pleased...and will recommend this company to anyone who asks.,

My experience with Morgan Air was the greatest. Jon B. was my Technician and he was fantastic. He showed me my problem instead of talking my problem. I knew what I had to fix because I saw it with my own eyes. This is how you take care of a customer. Let them know you are being truthful with them. I am quite pleased. Thank you Jon.

After installing the wiring outside of the ac unit so the unit could receive water damage they refused to fix the damage and instead were trying to get my grandmother to but a whole new unit.

Rich M, the technician took time to explain every step to me regarding the issues and repairs for my HVAC system. I could tell that he takes his job duties very seriously. I felt comfortable having him in my home. The entire experience was positive. I would definitely recommend Morgan Air Conditioning to EVERYONE who needs HVAC repairs.

Thanks for coming the same day to fix my dryer! It was an easy transaction and my bill came out to less than expected when I didn't need an additional part. How many companies these days are honest enough to charge you less for a part they didn't need to use? Morgan Air is!
