Mr. [redacted], a previous customer of ours, purchased a skid loader in mid December, 2014.
sans-serif; font-size: 12.8000001907349px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">He purchased this knowing the machine had hydraulic problems, it is well documented in the ad.
He purchased this item without coming to look at it, and had it delivered. He purchased it also, on the grounds
that this machine is 30+ years old, and was being sold AS IS, like we sell all of our old equipment.
Mr [redacted] made an offer lower than our asking price, which we accepted. The unit was then hauled
to his home where he used it, and was dissatisfied. He filed a complaint with "ebay buyer protection" which
reviewed both sides of this case and was decided in my favor. He then filed a legal grievance against me, which we
have yet to go to court for.
He is asking for the full asking price back, plus shipping cost - we are not in the business of spending money to get skid loaders
shipped, then for customers to decide if they are interested in them. Again, this unit is 30 years old, and we sold it as is, no warranty implied or expressed
of any sort. I have tried to offer a partial refund, and Mr Brindle refused. This is the best I can do.
