month past dueThis is just becoming one story after another and my next step is to file a small claims court caseI will not refund any monies since services were done and as you can see in my attached documentation, we did reach out to her and she did not return any calls or emailsAs you can see, I had to respond twice to my merchant servicesThe first response I sent resulted in client's bank returning the money to my accountClient disputed again and after the second dispute the merchants only option is to file a court case, which I will do if I do not receive payment promptlySincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:  there were three services I'm disputing. Alicia is not my stylist of several years that was the 3rd time and the 2nd for Sheila.  I never redisputed a second time and can get proof from the CEO office of my card company. Tim never tried to reach out to me once via email or phone. If he would have called this could easily be resolved. My mother did not complain because she was so upset the way the staff was watching her when her hearing aid made a noise and she was so upset her cut was so short but she didn't want to raise a complaint there and cause trouble for Alicia. Neither [redacted] or I were not good candidates for belayage but didn't notice the damage till after washing, then I had to go get other stylists to look at it. I finally have just gotten the last of the damage out.  I was not told it would dry out my hair. I've always done [redacted] foil hi lights but was told my stylist couldn't do them.

Review: October 26th, 2013 myself and my mother, and my friend all went to [redacted] (now Claude Marcel but billing to [redacted] as [redacted]) and the services my mother and I received were not [redacted] color and severely damaged our hair. I complained via letter to [redacted]/Claude Marcel via letter to no response. The manager, Tim was supposed to call Julie per voicemail from Rosa, and no call was received. I filed a dispute with [redacted], and provided my financial institution with all the information. Apparently [redacted] received the dispute from [redacted] in March of 2014. No one from Claude Marcel/[redacted] ever reached out to me concerning the dispute. However, the dispute was ruled in my favor. On 06/02/14 I received a letter from an attorney demanding me to pay [redacted]/Claude Marcel my refund from [redacted]. I offered to pay them the services I thought were fair. There was no way for them to repair the color damage from non-[redacted] and belayge, since I am not a good candidate for belayage and neither was my mother. I have had four stylists tell me this. Finally we got the damaged corrected, after expensive treatments, and cutting hair off. [redacted] would not accept what I was offering. The attorney reached out via email and said he sent regular mail which I have not received but after asking for a copy via mail that the [redacted] corporate office was asking me for, I received that one. I just want to pay for the services that were ok, not for the services which caused so much damage. Claude Marcel/[redacted] is so into belayage, that they do not care if you do not have the hair for it or not. Alicia would not even bleach my hair in previous visits due to being afraid of damaging my hair but with the manager walking around the salon that day watching her like a hawk and seeming overly concerned that my mother has a hearing aid, we both left with damaged hair. Of course after a salon blow out the damage isn't seen immediately until you get home and wash it. Furthermore, sometimes the salon dog is running around which is against the health codes in most states.Desired Settlement: To let me pay for the services that are fair and not charge me for the damaged services and drop the attorney. Had they just reached out to me, this could have been rectified. It is ok per [redacted] for the business to contact the disputing party, however, per [redacted] they cannot contact me for payment once the dispute is ruled in my favor as it is a violation of their merchant contract. Furthermore, the [redacted] payment system is under [redacted] but they are doing business under Claude Marcel.
