I did not have a good experience with Campbell Heating and Cooling It was disappointing to say the leastThey were hired to pull a permit and install duck work for my homeThe permit was pulled only after I inquired about itThe duck work was installed, however half of my home does not receive air flow I contacted the company requesting service and was told by their employee that there was an issue with the duck work, he wasn't sure how to fix it and he would have his manager contact me He also believed an additional visit would be needed After I did not hear from anyone, I began calling the company Our only communication was a billThree months later I finally get a call back After going back and forth with Jaime, no solution has been decided and he hung up the phone on me I would not recommend anyone use this companyAlthough they were able to provide me with a quick response, I would prefer to wait and have the job completed correctly

I am still waiting for rebate paperwork to be submitted for work that was completed and paid for as of Septber 9, I was told today the paperwork was too complicated and would need to wait for someone to come back from vacation to complete This is in addition to a long line of inferior workmanship and lack of response from the company I have had multiple contractors do work in the two houses I have owned and have never had any issue They are by far the most inept and unprofessional outfit I have ever dealt with I just want to receive the rebate forms that have to be completed by them and hopefully be done

After going back and forth with Jaime, no solution has been decided and he hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend anyone use this company. Although they were able to provide me with a quick response, I would prefer to wait and have the job completed correctly.
