I rent a home in Camp Hill. Since we have moved in, we have had nothing but difficulties with the property management group.
There is black mold growing in the basement.
We have had a giant hole in our living room ceiling for over two months due to faulty plumbing which caused a leak.
We still have not gotten smoke detectors properly installed. Minor repairs touch ups which were promised haven't happened.
This house feels like it is about to collapse around us and nothing we can do. Our property management contact person noted that we pay below average rent in this area which I think may have been a hint that we are very low on their priority list.
I really really hope no one ever has to deal with something like this.

I have been contacted by the company but the issues still stand and have not been solved yet The person from the company, Pam, continues to have a rude attitude and unprofessional manner.
