I have had the worst experience, from them hiding what my warranty covers, to the general manager always being "unavailable " after asking to speak with the GM multiple time I was pretty much shut downI have had multiple issues with my car since I got it THREE months ago, but can't seem to get anything fixed since they won't tell me what's covered under my warranty THAT I AM PAYING EXTRA FOR

We purchased a vehicle almost two months ago from *** *** Galleria DallasTwo days ago my wife with our three kids was about to leave our home to go to the store to get our month old milk, but the car would not start and the battery light just came onShe got a jump start from her uncle but the next morning when she was trying to leave to get our daughter to school and go to work, the car wouldn't start againSo she was forced to call a tow truck and pay $so she could get to work on timethen when she was leaving work the car acted as if it wasn't going to start but she was able to get it to turn on, so she decided to go the *** *** in arlington service center near her jobwhere they checked her battery with rep Edgar Chavez and was told she had a BAD BATTERY and she would have to pay for a new one! first of all we were told by the manager at *** *** dallas galleria before purchasing the car that we had a one year warranityturns out that was a LIE! so my wife had to drive to walmart to get a cheaper battery that ended up costing us 130.00! so in total for a vehicle we purchased two months ago from *** *** galleria dallas we have spent out of our pocket for a bad battery they sold us! I want to be reimbursed for the jump start and battery asapbecause heres a quote from *** ***'S WEBSITE ON THE FRESH START PROGRAM WEBSITE "All of our used vehicles are carefully inspected to ensure that they are high-quality and safe to drive." this vehicle was NOT carefully inspected!
