Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Richardson Reviews (11)

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership September 17, Unable to obtain license and registration because they don't have a clear title I have been calling for over a month trying to find out where my registration and license plates are I have continuously been told it's in process and it takes a while My temporary plates have expired and now I'm paying for a vehicle I cannot driveYesterday I found out from the lady in accounting that the issue has been they were unable to obtain a clear title from the previous owner I am pretty sure it is it illegal for a car dealership to sell a vehicle that they do not have a clear title to This needs to be resolved immediately

Warranty canceled over a year ago, no refund I purchased a car with Clay Cooley Richardson on 8/5/17, I was upsold into also purchasing: - an AWS extended warranty $3854, and, - an AWS maintenance agreement $ When I was able to research the two agreements I realized I was still under manufacturers warranty so did not need an extended warranty and the maintenance agreement was far more expensive than paying for maintenance with a genuine mini dealership I gave written notice to cancel both contracts (via email) on 8/15/@ 8:47am I followed up on a response to that cancellation email on 8/15/@ 9:47pm I followed up again by email on 8/18/ I followed up again by email on 8/23/ Through this period and the end of I routinely called Clay Cooley and was repeatedly assured that the cancellations had been sent and that service cancelations just take months to processDespite asking I was never provided with any evidence they had processed the cancellation

The dealership mislead me on the contract leaseRather than providing a full cov lease through VW, I was only given a warranty thru Clay Cooley
I traded a VW Bettle leased veh for a Bettle Lease in May of The sales rep and I reviewed the lease agreement several times before we met and agreed that I would only trade the vehicle at their dealership if they could match my previous lease with VW The dealership agreedI traveled to the dealer, reviewed and signed the paperwork and left with the new vehicleThe next day I was contacted by the dealer and told that their finance person had quit and that the dealer need to redo the paperwork as it was not completely properly I was ask to return to the dealer and again resigned the contract and confirmed that it was the same coverage as my original trade leaseRecently I contacted the dealer to schedule an appointment for my service check as required by my lease agreement I was then advised that the warranty I was sol

I recently took my car for a oil change and at that time I informed by the tech that needed other repairs I can days later and had the repairs done
After I had the repairs done I noticed my car was not running right so I gave the tech a call it took several days to get a response when I finally did get them to look at my car they said it was not something they were responsible for but when I took my car in for a routine oil change it was running just fine I did not have problems until they worked on my car

Dealership failed and refused to cancel my GAPservice on time while I have all documents to prove the cancellation date resulted in financial hardship
I purchased my car on September 27, I purchased GAP, Extended warranty, and a maintenance package during the time of purchaseHowever, I decided that I did not need those packages; therefore, we came back and singed a "Product Cancellation Request" on October 2, Chris was the Finance Manager at that timeWe did not hear back from him at all, even after calling multiple timesAs a result, we reached out to Amber King from the Accounting department on October 19, She did not respond; therefore, we reached out to Denise *** on November 9, Denise *** confirmed everything has been canceled and check will be sent out to the lienholder For the next several months, I called and visited the dealership over and overBy May 2018, I found my gap insurance company through the internet, called them, found my open acc

I had to go in because I was over charged $the cashier called to let me know and that's how a mishap should be handledAlex in the other hand accused me of being a lier and that it didn't even happen and could of said we are so sorry let us make this right ,but know he chose to handle it wrong!! Warranty canceled over a year ago, no refund
I purchased a car with Clay Cooley Richardson on 8/5/17, I was upsold into also purchasing:
- an AWS extended warranty $3854, and,

When I was able to research the two agreements I realized I was still under manufacturers warranty so did not need an extended warranty and the maintenance agreement was far more expensive than paying for maintenance with a genuine mini dealership
I gave written notice to cancel both contracts (via email) on 8/15/@ 8:47am
I followed up on a response to that cancellation email on 8/15/@ 9:47pm
I followed up again by email on 8/18/
I followed up again by email on 8/23/

The sales person (Bilal) was very nice and polite, except that he told me several lies trough the process
He told me that he had a friend at a Mazda dealership, down the street from them, that checked the car and it was in excellent mechanical condition
He also told me that the trainee he had with him, worked selling Mazdas in India
I had offered 3,down payment, Bilal came back and told me he would "give" me an extended warranty if I gave 5,downNeedless to say, I bought the warranty, it was not given
The next few days after I drove off the lot, I noticed an oil spot on my driveway and took the
