wosrt experience of my life after *** (so called stylist) dyed my hair, after completely messing it up she tried a second time and it was worseThey wanted me to come back the next day at nine and when I couldn't make it at exactly nine they wanted to make me wait more days, well my hair was a horrid mess so I had to find somewhere else to fix itWhen I went days later to show the owner *** my bad dye job she completely ignored meI asked for a refund or anything fair and she rudely replied NO RefundsI told her it's not fair that I paid so much money for a job done incorrectly 2ce and then still never was completed and her response was she can't do anything bc the stylist is self employed and already recieved the money for a serviceI asked her if she cared anything about customer service and she straight up said No I don't and I could just leave and not come backSpend your money elsewhere, somewhere that values its customers please
