Our system shows paid in full for [redacted] but there is still an un paid collection on file.Our phone number is [redacted] we do not have an answering machine and a person always answers the phone between 8:30 and 5:00 monday -friday. Is it possible you have been calling the wrong number or perhaps you have been calling the [redacted]?

I have put in a request for[redacted] to call me the week of April 3-7 (very busy at work told [redacted], from your office, Tuesday morning would be best) or Wednesday on..... If he calls me I will mark this complaint as accepted. I have been dealing with this since 2016 and still no closer to a solution. My Financial Officer states the [redacted] does NOT say this is paid and it should yes the judgment will still be listed, I am aware, BUT it should show that it is PAID and it does not. I hope that Mr [redacted] calls me so I can put this to rest.
