last visit was on 8/7/2015 and she came back with the same item on 1/15/2016 with complaints. We agreed to redo the item. We did not do anything wrong, and she is trying to take advantage of the situation. When she picked up the item, she should have seen the problems right away. We have no idea what she did with the garment, and she is now demanding $55 while she only spent $37.25 with us. We did not even charge her for the redo. Most cleaners would not even accept the garment after the item was picked in five months!!!
