Dear Sir/Madam, This is in response to the complaint submitted on 5/16/16 about gas price At each Tuesday we
offer cents off on premium gasWe open at 6.00Am and close at 11.00pm .On Tuesday as soon we open we start changing the price for premium gas and once we change from inside at computer system its takes some time three or more minutes to change at pumps out side that's how's our system worksWhat I understand customer start pumping the gas that time price was changed inside but still was not updated in out side pumps system and that's why customer was charged the price when he start pumping the gas .But any way I would like to apologize and sorry for the inconvenience and like to give back the disputed amount $which customer said and would appreciate the business he or she has with us..Customer can stop by our station in future and we will give $in gas to customerRegards Manager Claymont Exxon#
