RUDE and HORRIBLE Customer Service on the phone and in personI went to the restaurant last night to pick up my order Before paying for my meal I asked the guy if I could purchase two cakes as wellOne the the cakes he chose was smaller than the others in the displayI asked if I could have the other one next to itHe replied, "NO! I am not getting that because they are all the same size!" I asked him, "Don't you think that's rude to tell a customer that?" He replied, "NO I do not! If you worked where In my position you would feel the same." I work in the medical field and I have worked in customer service beforeI understand people can be stressfulHowever, I was not rude to this man and if Im coming to your establishment to purchase something I would expect to be treated and spoken to betterThis was not the first time I have experienced rude behavior here but this was definitely the last! I will never spend a penny of at this place again
