To Whom It May Concern,This customer was just very difficult to deal with and to please I offered to fix the paint touch-ups but no mutual time could be agreed upon I changed my schedule over times to accommodate the changes to her added task at cost of losing other contracted jobs Two parties were paying for different projects and continued to make changes that got way beyond the original agreement.I found the complainant to be confrontational and difficult to deal with after several attempts to make things right. As for the garage door opener her complaint should be with the U.Spost office I mailed it with more than enough postage on TuesNov10th from a mailbox in North Lewisburg I watched the mail person pick it up approximately at 11:00am I do not wish to have anything negative written about me or my business Please do a complete and thorough investigation before you do so Please put an end to this, it is unnecessary I again state, this customer was very difficult to deal with and please I have a couple hundred paid invoices from the past couple of years with very satisfied customers and NOT ONE complaint.Sincerely,Danny C [redacted]

The contractor is right about changes being made and two parties paying for the invoices. If he would have told me he is too busy and can't handle th work we would have not paid him.Instead we paid over $and not satisfiedHe should have rejected the work of he was busy.I am not fighting the work at this point even though it was not completely done to my satisfactionHe agreed per my email attachment last night to send $to reimburse me for the poor paint jobHe then decided he wouldn't do that and just come outhe has caused more wrk on is to touch up and fix all the spots he got paint on the trim.I decided it wasn't worth that fight and I would be out $However, I wanted my garage door openerPlease see the emails I sent staying I can pick up the opener and when can I can get it backedBelow are the dates I reached out to him via emailI can get my phone records and let you know what days I called him which most likely occurred on the date I emailed him.Dates from emails that I sent last night regarding opener.10-610-710-2611-211-911-1011-13I offered to pick up opener on every emailHe never responded to me until on 11-stating he put it in the mail after I asked for him to drop or I can pick up at his office. I am requesting to be reimbursed for the openerVery simple he could have just dropped or actually used a tracking number which most people use. I have also had another contractor out since who stated his paint work was not very goodI will say the rest of his work was goodBut that's not what this email is about. Regards,*** ***

The contractor is right about changes being made and two parties paying for the invoices.
If he would have told me he is too busy and can't handle th work we would have not paid him.
Instead we paid over $3000.00 and not satisfied. He should have rejected the work of he was busy.
I am not fighting the work at this point even though it was not completely done to my satisfaction. He agreed per my email attachment last night to send  $260.00 to reimburse me for the poor paint job. He then decided he wouldn't do that and just come out. he has caused more wrk on is to touch up and fix all the spots he got paint on the trim.
I decided it wasn't worth that fight and I would be out $260.00. However, I wanted my garage door opener. Please see the emails I sent staying I can pick up the opener and when can I can get it backed. Below are the dates I reached out to him via email. I can get my phone records and let you know what days I called him which most likely occurred on the date I emailed him.
Dates from emails that I sent last night regarding opener.

I offered to pick up opener on every email. He never responded to me until on 11-2 stating he put it in the mail after I asked for him to drop or I can pick up at his office.
I am requesting to be reimbursed for the opener. Very simple he could have just dropped or actually used a tracking number which most people use.
I have also had another contractor out since who stated his paint work was not very good. I will say the rest of his work was good. But that's not what this email is about.
