formal clarification in written invoice and additional shipment process were explained. With the above information, payment has been made as of 5/08/2018 to the business for the shipment of goods. I find that the responses from Platinum Global Logistic since the complaint has been sincere and reasonable. The business/shipping transaction has just progress from payment to next phase which is getting ready for shipment since 3/28/2018. I am not able to resolved this complaint as of today due to the fact that goods have not been shipped. The complaint can only be resolved upon received of the shipment meeting the following conditions. #1 - Shipment of goods are shipped with tracking information provided. #2 - Goods have shipped out as according to the suggested time frame as indicated by the business. #3 - Goods are delivered in well received in good order.
