We are checking our records on this matter and will send out the check once we have completed the documentationThis complaint concerns a settlement from a construction defect lawsuit that took years to resolve due to the developer, subcontractors and insurance companies failure to cooperateThe client here, and all clients of my firm, pay no upfront retainers or hourly attorneys feesThe settlement itself often takes a year or more to collect the funds from dozens of insurance companies, collect the signatures of the clients on the settlement agreements and then mailing out the proceeds.thank you for your assistance in resolving this complaint

The check for [redacted] was mailed Oct. 28, 2014 check # [redacted] for $2995.90 , most of the time after a client like this one signs the settle agreement , it can take six month to a year to collect money from Bulders and insurance and it's really hard for themto understand the process. Iy's hard...
