Our AC went out on Tuesday, 6/(not surprising, since it was years old), and called Pioneer (with whom we have dealt for 25+ years) We were pleased that someone came out the next day We had an initial assessment, and a follwith a sales rep, We got an honest appraisal, and went with a new unit which, due to demand, could not be installed until 6/(yesterday) In the mean time, [redacted] arranged to have a portable unit (free!) delivered the next day It really helped Now, here's the really "cool" part: On Thursday, he called me late in the day, and told me he had mis-punched a number when calculating the estimate, and our cost would be $LESS than he had told us! Yesterday morning, two young guys arrived with our new unit They knew what they were doing, and completed the job in a timely and professional fashion We very much appreciated them Bottom line: Great company, excellent service, reasonable prices! We recommend them heartily!
