Hi there, let me start off by saying the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my lifeThe worst business and they shouldn't be allowed to operateMe and my boyfriend ordered a custom bed and paid $cashHe told us it would be beautiful and exactly what I wantedwhen we went to go check the bed half of the headboard was a complete different colour (I took a picture of it before for proof )I even said it to him and he played it off and told me that I'm wrong and it's the lightMonths go by and we got a professional to come take a look and they did 100% agree that it is a different fabricI've been contacting him and he's been nothing but awful, not willing to help outCalled me a *** about the bed and when I sent the pictures of the headboard he agreed it is two different coloursAwful customer service, he has my number blocked and refuses to help outHe told my boyfriend they can't do anything about it (even though they lied and messed up from the start
